Questions about long stays

How long can I rent?

From one month. Many guests stay three to twelve months.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, normally one month's rent, returned when you move out and the home is checked.

Can my company pay?

Yes. We invoice companies monthly with a reference of your choice.

Is cleaning included?

Final cleaning is included. Regular cleaning during the stay can be added through Klárt.
