How do I get into the home?
Self check-in with a key box or door code. The code and directions are sent to you on your check-in day, once all payments are completed.
Can I arrive early or leave late?
Often, yes, when the home is free before or after your stay. It costs a small fee. Write to us after booking.
Is the home cleaned during my stay?
Every home is cleaned before you arrive. There is no cleaning during the stay, and guests take out their own rubbish, unless this is booked as an extra.
Do I need a car?
Outside Tórshavn a car is the easiest way to get around the islands. Hýsa guests get a discount with our car rental partner.
How do I reach you?

Can I cancel?
When you book directly with us, cancellation is free until 30 days before arrival, unless something else has been agreed. Non-refundable rates are not refunded. Bookings on Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms follow the platform's rules. Booking terms
